We are shipping through USPS and they are experiencing longer delivery times than normal and we are not responsible for delayed packages. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Your files will be available to download right away once payment is confirmed.
